A new online tool strives to explain how much is too much when it comes to social drinking.
It's called the "Alcohol Treatment Navigator", and was launched by the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism as part of an attempt to address the approximately 15 million adults in the U.S. who struggle with a drinking problem.
This portal features information on alcoholism and important questionnaires to help assess if the individual does in fact have a problem.
It asks things like, "Have you more than once wanted to cut down or stop drinking, or tried, and couldn't?" There's also a quiz to examine your "drinking pattern."
