Jury panel for Bergman Trial postponed

WACO, Texas - The second Twin Peaks trial expected to start this month has now been pushed back.

The jury selection was supposed to happen on Friday, but was canceled.

Prosecutor Michael Jarrett and Defense Attorney Clint Broden filed a joint motion on Thursday to push back George Bergman's trial for at least 180 days.

Bergman's trial was supposed to start later this month, but is now expected to take place sometime in July.
