BELTON, TX - A Bell County grand jury has returned indictments against two of the four men caught up in an April sting operation seeking out men trying to meet minors for sex.
Matthew Jay Pedersen who was listed as unemployed and from Killeen at the time of his arrest and Gerson Yonatan Paz Paz who was listed as from Hutto and the owner of a construction company were nabbed in the sting conducted by the Bell County Sheriff's Department and the Texas Attorney General's Office.
They were indicted on charges of online solicitation of a minor.
In each case, they are accused of sexually soliciting investigators who wer posing as children on line.
They were each arrested when they showed up at a predetermined location expecting to meet and engage in sexual activity with a child.
They were arrested on the second degree felony charges and booked into the Bell County Jail with bond set at $250,000.
