Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office investigators conducted an operation leading to one person in custody.

45-year-old Tony Dwayne Williams, of Belton, was taken into custody for Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).

Williams previously communicated with what he believed to be a female online, and agreed to deliver a quantity of meth in exchange for sexual intercourse. However, Williams was actually communicating with a HCSO Criminal Investigator.

Williams sent numerous sexually explicit messages demanding nude photographs and describing sexual acts he intended to perform on the female once “they were high”.

Williams traveled from Belton to a predetermined location in Hamilton County to meet the believed female. When he arrived, Williams was greeted by HCSO personnel and taken into custody. Williams remains in custody at this time.
