Killeen 1st Nat’l Bank Texas robbed


Killeen police are looking for a man who robbed the First National Bank Texas Monday morning.

Officers were sent to the bank at 1002 North 38th Street at 11:21 a.m. after getting a 9-1-1 call.

Police were told a man entered the bank, walked up to a teller and passed a note with a demand for the money.

The teller complied and the man fled the area with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robber was described as a heavy set  black male with a mustache and beard , about six feet tall and and weighing 260-270 pounds, last seen wearing a do-rag on his head, a black and gray windbreaker jacket, gray sweat pants, black tennis shoes and black driving gloves.
