WACO, TX - Waco police report an alert citizen who called to report something that just did not look right resulted in the arrest of two men Sunday morning at a local business.
The call came in at 5:45 a.m. when the citizen reported seeing two men having a hard time trying to load an all terrain vehicle onto a trailer without a ramp at Tractor Supply Company in the 300 block of North Valley Mills Drive.
When officers got to the scene, the men still had not gotten the job done and were taken into custody.
The two men were held on charges of burglary of a building since the ATV had been removed from a locked, fenced in area.
Booked into the McLennan County jail were 45-year-old Rodrick Eugene Calvin and 31-year-old Michael Lynn Sims.
