Accused Baylor vandal now facing more charges

A 17-year-old Waco man already facing multiple charges of vandalism in connection with BB gun shooting of windows in the Baylor parking garage and auto theft charges is now facing even more.

Jail records show that more charges of vandalism both on and off campus have been filed against Isaac Rodriguez.

He has given police statements regarding the activity on campus involving him and two younger juveniles.

Police also recovered a stolen Jeep Cherokee in which a quantity of property believed stolen from other vehicles was recovered.

Friday morning, jail records had indicate the list of charges against Rodriguez had grown nine cases of criminal mischief, including a case in which almost $4700 was done to a Bentley.

There is a case of theft of the Cherokee that was abandoned after a hit and run accident.

There is a case of criminal trespass and now six cases of burglary of a vehicle that have been filed by Baylor police.

Rodriguez remained in the McLennan County Jail Friday morning with bond not et set on the burglary charges.
