WACO, TX - A 59-year-old man accused of smoking meth in front of a 16-year-old girl and blowing smoke in her face has been sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and fined $500.
The arrest affidavit for Milton Louis Zimmerman stated that a Mclennan County Sheriff's deputy had responded to a disturbance at Zimmerman's home in January of 2015.
The investigation determined through a forensic interview with the victim that Zimmerman would have he load his pipe, would smoke the meth in front of her and blow the smoke in her face.
The victim described the meth as clear and said that he would have her separate it and put it in "really small" zip log baggies.
The arrest affidavit said the victim was physically examined and was given a blood analysis that showed she tested positive for amphetamines.
The affidavit further stated that he would have the victim bring him the pipe he used to smoke meth.
Deputies then sought the arrest warrant for ZImmerman charging him with endangering a child.
