UPDATE: According to the Texas Department of Transportation, both lanes have been cleared and traffic is moving through Bruceville-Eddy again.
There is still a significant backup of traffic between the crash site and Troy, so travelers need to be prepared for some additional delays as vehicles get back up to highway speed and clear out of the area.
