The Bell County Sheriff Department has Jeffery and Maria Gilseth in custody.
The Gilseths were arrested in Kansas in late February. They were wanted in Killeen on charges of Interference with Child Custody and Unlawful Restraint.
Bell County Deputies arrived at the Shawnee County Department of Corrections in Topeka, Kansas early Monday morning and took custody of the Gilseths and transported them to the Bell County Jail.
Both subjects are in the Bell County Jail.
Maria is charged with Interfering with Child Custody, which is a state jail felony. Her suggested bond is $100,000.
Jeffrey is also charged with Interfering with Child Custody. His suggested bond is also $100,000.
