Former Texas Rangers shortstop, Michael Young, was inducted into the Texas Sports Hall Of Fame this weekend. After Young took over at short for A-Rod, he distinguished himself as one of the best defensive middle infielders in the league. His career statistics are off the charts, batting .300, with 185 home runs, over 1,000 RBIs and a .787 on base percentage.
“In my experience, I never saw a guy walk into a club hosue and say to everyone else that he’s the lader, but what I saw if guys are happy to be following you, then you are leading…” Michael Young said.
